It has been 15 years, I workout every morning. Use to do it just for sweet 10 minutes just for efficiency. But now, I am buying my time for productivity, weight loss, increased focus..NO, NOT JUST THAT..

I workout to understand the Quran deeper.. 30 minutes per day. Complete with the sun bathing.. For vitamin D.

Reading the Quran needs our brain to analyse. It requires flexibility in changing the brain frequency. The different ways of breathing associated with different level of energy released. The body vibrates at higher level. For what?

To understand the Quran and access to the hidden treasures of secrets. Subhanallah.. Allahuakbar..

The Quran doesn’t state the requirement to exercise. However, there are many ayat require us to take care of our body. Don’t be zalim..in fact if we really perform solat perfectly especially during the tahajud, the result is tremendous! Provided we really take care of the food intake.
