Having Homeschooler friends make me REALLY WANT TO Homeschool my kids.
(U may read the reason below). It takes me 12 months to get myself prepared financially and of course TIME.
When the Time come… I found that Homeschool is meant for really determined Mothers. There are emotional drives that move them.
Teaching kids alquran at home is the learning process towards Homeschool. Alhamdulillah success for that. But to completely Homeschool, me as the mother need to really focus! And develop soooooo many skills.. Until then I found my emotional drive is not that strong to full Homeschool…
Thus, partime Homeschool is what we are doing… It’s entertaining! Exciting! Such great bonding time! In shaa Allah, anak ke 3 and 4 I am fully ready…
The beauty of Homeschool is the way the parents teach the kids based on their strength and weakness. There is no structured syllabus but the parents explore the content based on ‘the end’ or target. The learning content is really detailed and the kids Learn WHAT IS NEEDED. Which is contradict with School. One syllabus to fit all kind of people.
