Personal coaching today is interesting. Someone who does business for years, is wondering where her money goes to. She feels she has huge revenue. huge expenses too. BUT THERE IS NO CASH LEFT For her.

means part of our “shareholders” are
– the government. (corporate taxes, GST, epf, ssm…) and
– the agents who take care of the company (co secretary, Auditor, Tax agent)
so the costing of our revenue MUST include their share as well. Cashflow management must be super strict. marketing & sales are the Fierce Horsessss..Marketing with the God? no such thing. Take very good connection with the God will make everything simpler and easier. MasyaAllah…

To be honest, the time management of a business founder is highly correlated with the business cashflow. I helped her to revamp the costing structure and the marketing. The zakat and sedekah structure as well. besides her personal life..
doing the business, not to look for profit (very easy to be manipulated).. but positive cashflow ALWAYS AND ALWAYSS BE OUR FOCUS… that’s my Sifu Abah always said.
